Cairo ICT 2026

Cairo ICT is the largest technology exhibition and conference in Egypt and one of the biggest in Africa and the Middle East, held each November under the patronage of the Egyptian presidency and organised by Trade Fairs International. The 2026 edition is listed for 8 to 11 November at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo, covering telecoms, fintech, cloud, AI, digital government and start-ups, with ministers and global tech companies among the speakers. It is aimed at industry professionals and students; visitor registration is online and the exhibition floor is usually free for registered visitors. What to expect

The event combines a large exhibition with a conference programme. Exhibitors range from telecoms operators and international technology firms to Egyptian software houses, banks and start-ups. Conference sessions cover digital policy, investment and new technologies, and announcements and partnership signings are often made during the show.

Visitors are mostly professionals, investors, public-sector officials and university students. Start-up areas and stands run by young companies are usually among the liveliest parts of the halls.

The Egypt International Exhibition Center sits on the eastern edge of New Cairo, well away from the city centre. The simplest way to get there is by taxi or ride-hailing app; allow plenty of time, as journeys from Downtown, Zamalek or Giza can take an hour or more at busy times. Agree a pick-up point with your driver when you leave, as the roads around the halls get congested in the late afternoon.
