Egypt Info is run by SITA Egypt (Smart Information Technology Applications), Seila Mall, El Nagdah Square, 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt, email [email protected]. We are responsible for the personal information described here and handle it in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

What we collect
- Browsing the site: you can read every page without giving us any personal information. Like any website, our server records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) in its logs for security.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe we store your email address to send you the newsletter.
- Contact form: we store your name, email and message to reply to you. We do not store your IP address with form entries.
We do not sell personal information, run user accounts for visitors, or take payments.

Cookies and local storage
The site uses only what it needs to work: for example, the accessibility menu remembers your text-size and contrast choices in your browser so they apply on every page. These settings stay on your device and are not sent to us. If we add analytics or other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Pages may include content from other services (for example maps or video). Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: up to two years, then deleted. Server logs: up to 90 days.
