The Four Seasons is widely regarded as Sharm El Sheikh’s top luxury resort. Built on a hillside overlooking the Strait of Tiran, between Naama Bay and the airport, it is designed like a Mediterranean-Arabian village, with whitewashed buildings, domes and arches linked by palm-lined paths and funiculars that run down to the sea.
Rooms and suites are spacious, with private terraces, and most look over the gardens to the water; the resort also has villas and chalets with private pools for families or longer stays. A major expansion has roughly doubled its size in recent years, adding more rooms, pools and restaurants.
The house reef is the centrepiece, reached from a sandy beach and jetty, with excellent snorkelling and a dive centre on site. There are several pools, including quieter adults-only areas, a large spa, a kids’ club and a range of restaurants offering Italian, Lebanese, Asian and seafood menus. Restaurant prices are high, but service is consistently praised.
Naama Bay is about ten minutes away by car. It suits families, honeymooners and divers who want a polished, full-service resort with real reef access and Four Seasons standards.
